This year, Professor Emeritus Dr. Stephen H. Legomsky to speak on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). He will discuss the historical context in which the DACA memo was drafted, the legal theories that were used to draft the DACA memo; and his thoughts on the rescission of that memo as well as the federal judge’s injunction against the 2015 expansion memo.
